Start by letting us know your event details! Visit our Inquire Page and fill out the inquiry form with your desired rental items, event date, location, and any additional details about your vision. We'll check availability and get back to you within 48 hours.
Once we confirm availability, it's time to lock in your rental! A signed contract and 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to secure your date. We’ll send everything over electronically for your convenience.
One week before your event, the remaining balance will be due. We'll send you a friendly reminder, along with any final details to ensure a smooth setup on the big day.
On your event day, we take care of everything! Our team will handle delivery, setup, and takedown for your rented items, leaving you free to soak in the magic of your special day.
