Start by filling out our inquiry form to check availability for your preferred flower rental and event date. If your date is available, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

If you're booking less than one week out, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note: custom requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance.

All Wild Blossoms rentals — including flower walls, arches, draping, and signage — are for the full day. We’ll coordinate delivery and pickup times with you to ensure everything fits seamlessly into your event timeline. 

We deliver throughout the Kansas City metro area, with standard delivery available within 30 miles of zip code 64086. Delivery starts at $50. Need us a bit farther out? We offer extended delivery for an additional fee — just reach out for a custom quote! 

Our standard flower walls are 8ft x 8ft — the perfect size for a stunning statement backdrop. Need something a little different? Custom sizes are available upon request! 

Our pricing includes setup at one location only. If you'd like your rental moved from the ceremony to the reception (or to a second space), additional fees will apply to cover the extra time and labor. Let us know your plans, and we’ll provide a custom quote for dual setup locations.

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life with custom flower rentals. Custom flower walls start at $1,200, and custom arches start at $1,225. We do require at least 6 weeks’ notice for all custom designs.
