A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

For bookings within 7 days of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All installations and enhancements are reserved for the full duration of your event. Our team coordinates delivery, professional setup, and scheduled takedown to align seamlessly with your venue timeline. 

Yes. All pricing includes delivery, professional setup, and takedown within 30 miles of zip code 64086.

Events outside this radius may incur an additional travel fee.

Standalone enhancement bookings are subject to a $750 minimum investment. Most couples choose to incorporate enhancements into one of our curated collections for a cohesive, elevated result. 

Our curated pickup collections are offered within two signature design directions:

• Classic (white & green)
• Romantic (burgundy & green)

This structure ensures consistency, quality, and a polished aesthetic.

Couples seeking a fully custom color palette may explore our full-service design option.

Pricing includes setup at one location. If you’d like an installation relocated between ceremony and reception spaces, additional labor fees may apply. We’re happy to provide a custom quote based on your timeline and venue layout.

Wild Blossoms operates without a public showroom. Our inventory is securely stored and professionally prepared for each event.

Because installations require significant setup time, in-person viewings are reserved for booked clients or full-service design consultations.
