We design and prepare all florals and décor in advance. You (or a designated helper) pick up your items before the wedding and place them at your venue. Setup, styling, delivery, and teardown are not included.
Collections are curated to ensure quality and efficiency. You may add approved add-ons, but substitutions or removals within collections are not available.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
Yes. All items are labeled, and placement guidance is included. A detailed Styling Guide PDF is also available as an optional add-on.
Yes, additional items may be added based on availability and your selected collection. Quantities are capped to maintain quality and inventory balance.
No. Large installations, arches, backdrops, hanging elements, and photo booths are exclusive to our full-service experience or as individual rental items.
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for all rental items and will be returned once items are inspected and confirmed in original condition.
Clients are responsible for all rented items. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.
